Perth Christmas Light Switch-On: Line up

Perth will be celebrating this weekend in the city centre for this years light switch-on with local bands set to perform. Local bands The Sandemans and Longstay are to kick start off the party from the community and main stage from 5 pm.

Perth and Kinross Council have also booked Z Lister Alesha Dixon who appears as a judge on ITV's talent show Britain's Got Talent.

Willows Coffee shop will have a themed Gin day, including Gin and Lemon Scones as this will fit in with The Perth Chocolate & Gin Street Fest who will be coming to the party.

Perth's outdoor ice rink will also be making another appearance down at Horsecross Plaza, so make sure you bring warm clothing. Opens at 10:00-22:00, includes Silent disco from 12:00.
