A 35-year-old mother from Almondbank in Perth has been given community service for child neglect. The woman who was that intoxicated her own 5 year old son had to raise and hold her head up. One witness spotted the 35 year old and contacted the police. Frosty Ice Conditions Cause Havoc

Early start on a Tuesday morning didn't go down so well, after several RTC's happened between Perth and Dundee. Two vehicles collided on the eastbound carriageway of the A90 about 200 yards east of Longforgan about 7am. Police Scotland confirmed no one was hurt, however 25 minutes worth of traffic was back logged due to the RTC. Police also confirmed the crash was cleared at 9am to allow the traffic flow but it took at least 30 minutes before traffic flows started to take effect.

A803 crash victim named

A 20-year-old man who died following a crash involving two cars in Bonnybridge has been named by police Scotland. Mark Duncan McMillan from Falkirk died at the scene while two passengers in the car he was travelling in, aged 18 and 20, were seriously injured. Firefighters across Scotland dealt with 1075 incidents on Bonfire Night. In total 540 bonfires were being called due safety hazards and other related reasons, it's been confirmed a total of 1075 incidents which occurred during bonfire night. A pedestrian has died after being struck by a van on a motorway. Emergency services were called around 20:30 reports that a man was hit by a Ford Transit van near Dunblane.
