'Drink driver' caught on A90 by a passengers mobile

Dramatic video has emerged online after a woman posted a video of a driver on the A90 driving dangerously.
The unknown driver which has been captured on tape can be seen driving dangerously, with a passenger commentary in the background.
Perth Gazette has asked for a comment but is awaiting for a response.
