35-year-old from Almondbank gets community service for child neglect

A 35-year-old mother from Almondbank in Perth has been given community service for child neglect.

The woman who was that intoxicated her own 5 year old son had to raise and hold her head up. One witness spotted the 35 year old and contacted the police.

The woman admitted wilfully neglecting the child in a manner likely to cause him unnecessary suffering or injury to his health by being under the influence of drink or drugs.

She was also given 100 hours of unpaid community service.
