Man caught on CCTV urinating on stairwell inside the Green Room

One of Perth's best boozers is left angry following shocking CCTV footage of a 'drunken man'.
Green Room owner Frank posted a clip on YouTube of a man urinating on a stairwell which can be clearly seen below. Staff claim the man asked for the toilets which the unknown man failed to spot.

The man is then seen urinating on a stairwell in front of the public without carelessness. Although it isn't a crime the owner has asked anyone who knows the man to contact the Green Room.
