Perth Braces For 2nd #UKSTORM

More bad weather is coming from Ireland. High winds, snow and rain is expected to hit Perth later tonight and tomorrow. 

Several weather warnings are in place for Scotland which take effect tonight and tomorrow.  The potential for disruption, especially where ground was already saturated and in areas where high winds were combined with heavy rainfall.
