Dementia awareness sessions in Invergowrie and Stanley

NHS Tayside and Alzheimer Scotland are holding a series of dementia awareness sessions in Invergowrie and Stanley.

The free sessions will be informal with opportunities for questions and to share information about what is going on in the local areas. There will also be tea and coffee available.

Anyone living and working in Invergowrie and the surrounding area is very welcome to attend one of the three awareness events, which will be run by staff from NHS Tayside’s Perth & Kinross Healthy Communities Collaborative and Alzheimer Scotland.

The sessions will take place in Invergowrie Parish Church Hall on: Tuesday, 3 June 2014, 10am-noon Tuesday, 17 June 2014, 12.45-2.45pm Tuesday, 24 June 2014, 6-8pm

There will also be two sessions held in Stanley, which will be supported by Stanley Development Trust.

The first will be held on Thursday, 5 June 2014 from 10.30am to 12.30pm at Stanley Medical Centre. A second session will be held on Monday, 9 June 2014 between 7pm and 9pm in Stanley Village Hall.
