Angry pet owner furious with neighbour as 10 month old kitten killed by dog

Pet owner Denise Connolly has called in on police following a dispute over pet killing.

Proud pet owner Denise Connolly devastated over the death of kitten after neighbours dog mauled it to death. Just weeks after the same dog attacked a man who needed medical treatment.

According to a witness the kitten was killed by a dog which the owners are refusing to deal with the dogs behaviour - High concerns of Denise Connolly suggest the "dog is out of control"

Aaron Chalk from Athole Drive, Stanley, who owns the dog also lives with three children all under the age of 5.

Police Scotland can confirm that officers are making enquiry into an incident involving a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog and a cat that happened in Athole Drive, Stanley at about 10.30pm on Friday (April 11).
