Perth man charged over indecent photographs of children

A Perth man has been charged over extreme child pornography in his possession.

Ross Allan Aspinall, 30-years-old, of Rannoch Road faced three charges at Perth Sheriff Court last Thursday (22nd of May).

Between September 12th 2012 and June 28th 2013 at his address he had indecent photographs of children in his possession.

It has alleged he had taken, or made indecent images of children between April 15th 2011 and 28th of June last year. A further hearing is due to take place tomorrow (29th of May)

 

UPDATE: Mr Aspinall plead not guilty and a third hearing will take place on the 19th of June  the accused is current on bail. (Trial commences on the 30th of June)
