Man jailed for rubbing white pudding supper in girlfriend's face

A man has been jailed for six months for rubbing a white pudding supper into his girlfriend's face.

Campbell rubbed the food in Ms Coyle's face then punched her and dragged her to the ground before kicking her and throwing her handbag away into a neighbours garden.

Jacqueline Coyle girlfriend to Mr Campbell was left in distressed that she failed to make a statement to the police, however, passersby had seen the attack take place, which led to prosecution.

Sheriff Fiona Tait jailed Campbell for six months
