Police Arrest Woman Found With £50,000 Of Heroin

Heroin with an estimated street value of £50,000 has been seized by Police Scotland in Dundee.

The 23 year old woman was arrested around 6pm on Wednesday night. In Camperdown Retail. The woman was charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the woman is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today.

“Anyone with information in respect of drug dealing or drugs issues in their area, or in relation to serious and organised crime should contact Police Scotland on 101, or speak to any officer.

“Information can also be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
