Police on the look out for graffiti vandals

Police in Perth are on the look out for vandals who seem to be spraying a frequent sign. 

Local beat cop PC Atholl Spalding is keen to trace the vandals. Various slogans with Polish and English writing are spray painted across Perth City Centre.

Civil Service Club seems to be the latest according to police reports.
