Polish Cannabis Grower unsatisfied of quality in the UK

A Polish cannabis grower justified his reason to grow cannabis in Perth.
Sebastion Sukiannik, 26, from Perth said Cannabis here in the UK is bad quality compared from Poland - which is why he started to produce his own the court has heard.
Police discovered over £4,000 of plants at his home address on Perth High Street - Mr Sukiannik was ordered 250 hours of unpaid community service and also ordered him to forfeit the growing equipment he used on the plants.
