Polish men to stand trial over allegations of homophobic attack

Two Polish nationals are to stand trial next year in January after allegedly they attacked a man because of his sexual orientation.

Adrian Orzazewski aged 20, from Atholl Court, and Artur Szyncel, 18, Collinson View, Perth plead not guilty over the allegations after a man was assaulted on the North Inch.

Mr Orzazewski and Szynel are to stand trial next year, in January 2015.
