Rachel House nurse pleads guilty over indecent images of children

A nurse at the former charity hospice in Kinross has pleaded guilty over indecent images of children.

Stephen McCusker, aged 47, from Julian Road, Glenrothes plead guilty to the charges at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Tuesday.

It is reported McCusker has worked at the hospice for more than eight years until he was caught last November. Police discovered 1,740 of indecent images of children at his address, Julian Road in Glenrothes.

A rate between 1-4 were giving to the images, and a video was found of two males aged between eight and fourteen engaging in sexual acts.

Sheriff James Williamson released Stephen McCusker on bail and placed him on the sex offenders register. Police Scotland also confirmed any child that is or was using Rachel House wasn't harmed or involved.
