Apple has released an update this evening to fix various bugs in the first iOS 8 update.

However, iOS users have complained after updating their call signal vanishes and are unable to make or receive calls along with text messages. Perth Gazette can confirm this issue and signal has been removed from various devices, such as iPhone 5S and 5C.

It's also being reported Touch ID and pin codes aren't working correctly and may result in your device being disabled by Apple.

UPDATE: Apple have now released 8.0.2 on iOS. It's safe to update.
