Missing teen body found after major search & rescue launched

A major rescue was launched in Fife this evening after high concerns over missing teen Dylan McIndoe.

It was reported Dylan McIndoe was missing since Sunday after a family BBQ in Buckhaven.

A spokesman from Police Scotland said: "Police Scotland officers in Fife searching for missing person Dylan McIndoe have been informed of the discovery of a body in the Coaltown of Wemyss area.

"A thorough examination of the scene has been carried out and there are no suspicious circumstances.

"The family of Dylan, who was reported missing from his home in Kirkcaldy on Sunday evening, have been informed and Police Scotland is working with them to help them through this difficult time."

Hundreds of tributes were made on Facebook later tonight. A close friend Courtney Jamieson said: "R.I.p. You will always be in ma heart am gawn to miss you alot like you meant the world to me and u still do u shine bright up their"
