St Johnstone FC make history after winning the Scottish Cup against Dundee United

St Johnstone have won the Scottish Cup after winning against Dundee United 2-0. We're Perth Proud Steven Anderson and MacLean score for St Johnstone leaving Dundee united in misery. However, one goal was disallowed after Stevie May's shot did not cross the header.

Celebrations are high, emotions are high and Perth is beaming with joy and celebrations. 160 years for Perth and today Perth and St Johnstone FC have made history.

Provost Liz Grant commented: "I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the players and staff of St.Johnstone FC on their historic winning of the Scottish Cup and bringing it home to Perth for the first time. I am looking forward to the celebrations planned to take place throughout the city tomorrow which will certainly make it a day to remember."
