Perth Provost Liz Grants donates whisky to Perth Rotary Club Charity Fair.

Perth and Kinross Provost Liz Grant has donated a bottle of whisky to the Perth Rotary Club Charity Fair, which will take place on Saturday 30 August 2014 in King Edward Street/High Street. Pictured with the Provost is Perth Rotary Club President Gordon Dow.
