Home Office immigration enforcement officers visited an address in Perth on Thursday night at a place called Odesi Fusion.
Officers from the agency arrested two Indian men between the age of 27 and 54. As a result they were arrested for immigration offences. The restaurant was served with a civil penalty notice for employing the illegal workers, and could face potential civil penalties totaling £20,000 (£10,000 per illegal worker) which was confirmed by the Home Office.
