*Police Scotland Officers in Perth are seeking assistance to find Paul Osborne (39) who has been reported missing from the Faskally Ward of Murray Royal Hospital since 1345 hours on Saturday 09 November 2013 and is described as being vulnerable. He was last seen by staff in the grounds of the hospital, near to Annat Road.
*He is described as about 1.78m tall, slim build with short black/grey hair. At the time of him going missing he was wearing a red, white and blue jacket with a blue hoodie jumper beneath that. Blue tracksuit bottoms and white trainers.
If he is seen, contact 101, or speak to any officer.
