A top high class Chinese takeaway has managed to raise £1870.50 for the Philippine Appeal.
China China outlet owner Pete Chan is overwhelmed by the response from his customers and local business owners after donating prizes for a raffle ticket competition which they’ve managed to raise a staggering £1870.50.
Macleod & Macleod Original Stornoway Black Pudding is a popular dish within the business. Pete Chan spoke to Perth Gazette and said: ” I feel fantastic and proud. Great to see people of Perth coming together to help other human beings on the other side of the world..
It really shows the spirit of Christmas!!”
Moira Smith and a first aid volunteer from the British Red Cross were represented with a cheque with business owner Pete Chan and local MP Pete Wishart.
