Perth and Kinross Provost Liz Grants pays respects to Nelson Mandela who passed away last week.
Provost Elizabeth Grant said: “Mr Mandela was a true giant of history and his incredible legacy will be felt for generations to come. We send our heartfelt condolences to the people of South Africa and our deepest sympathy to his family at this sad time.”
