Police Scotland have confirmed there is an on-going incident at Moncrieffe Island in Perth.
Spokeswoman from Police Scotland said “Police Scotland, along with other emergency services, is in attendance in the area of Moncrieffe Island, Perth following a report of concern for a woman. Enquiries are at an early stage.”
UPDATE: A body was found shortly after 5pm by emergency services. Full details of the incident will be announced later by Police Scotland.
