A suspected drunk caught red-handed by CCTV damaging trees in the City Centre last night.
PC Altholl Spalding community officer for Perth City Centre said
“Male wearing a jumper with a very large yellow “Smiley face” caught on CCTV at 02.20 hrs 21/2/14 in High St Perth damaging trees. Near to M&S will hopefully get ID’d ASAP caused £1500 worth of damage in City Centre any info please get in touch #mindlessvandal”
Anyone with information is to contact police on 101 or speak to any officer.
