The main offices of Perth & Kinross Council will be closed for the Easter break from 5pm on Thursday 17 April until 8.45am on Tuesday 22 April 2014.

The main offices of Perth & Kinross Council will be closed for the Easter break from 5pm on Thursday 17 April until 8.45am on Tuesday 22 April 2014.

However, essential services will continue to be delivered throughout this period. Emergency contact numbers during closedown can be obtained by dialling the Council’s main line number 01738 475000. Social Work Services
The duty social work service can be contacted on 0845 301 11 20.

Registration Services
The Registration Office at 3-5 High Street Perth will also be closed to the public during the Easter closedown period from 5pm on Thursday 17 April until 8.45am on Tuesday 22 April 2014.

Perth Crematorium & Greyfriars Cemetery
Perth Crematorium will close to the public from 5pm on Thursday 17 April until 8.45am on Tuesday 22 April 2014. The Book of Remembrance will be placed at the building’s window style door for display during the closure. Greyfriars Cemetery will be open as normal from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday and 12 noon to 4pm on Sunday.

Waste and Recycling
There will no changes to special uplifts, waste and recycling collection dates or recycling centre opening hours over Easter. Details of recycling centre opening hours can be found on the Council’s website http://tinyurl.com/ne842ds
