Perth is on full alert tonight after a man was spotted trying to open several car doors.
Sammy MacDonald, reported online that she had spotted a man “looking suspicious” attempting to break inside a car including her own vehicle. The man is being described as, thin build, smoker, wearing a black jacket, grey hoody and tracksuit bottoms last seen in North Muirton.
