Police Scotland have confirmed a body has been found in search of missing father Andrew Gallacher.
The body is believed to be Andrew Gallacher who went missing last week in Kilwinning. A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Formal identification has to take place, however it is believed to be missing 20-year-old Andrew Gallacher.”
A post-mortem examination will be held this week to establish the cause of death. Police Scotland have ruled out they are not treating the death as suspicious.
