Police identify the man who was found dead in his car in Pitcairngreen on Thursday (5th June)

Police Scotland can confirm that the driver of a red Ford Ka, who died in a road traffic collision on the unclassified road between Pitcairngreen to Methven Road near Perth yesterday morning (Thursday, June 5, 2014) has been formally identified.

He has been named as 74-year-old David Leith of Perth. As with all sudden deaths a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
