Taxi drivers in Perth are told to smarten up by Perth and Kinross Council.
The new rule which is set to be introduced this year should allow Perth taxi drivers to look smart while behind the wheel. Drivers are ordered to comb hair, with clean shaven, and appropriate smart clothing.
The rule which is already in place in Edinburgh apparently makes the city look smarter.
