Customers on Sky TV have been affected over an outage leaving On-demand with no service.
Thousands of customers across the UK have been left without full Sky TV service as outages cause programs to update when connected to broadband. Angry customers had taken to Twitter and forums to explain over their frustration.
Soap lovers, including movie loves are being let without on demand as Sky Engineers are currently trying to fix a major outage. Sky eventually updated customers 26 hours later.
A spokesman said: “We currently have technical issues with some of the box sets for October, as a result, you may see delays in new content appearing on our On Demand and Catch Up services. Our technical teams are working hard to resolve this issue and I can assure everyone that these shows will be made available asap.”
Customers are still unable to have full access to OnDemand.
