Police in Perth are appealing for witnesses after a 22 year old female and a 27 year old male were assaulted by a male outside a block of flats at 92 Rannoch Road, Perth in the early hours of Thursday 01st January 2015.
It is understood that the male responsible was with another four males as they tried to join a party nearby.
One of the males is described as being from the Perth area, aged in his late teens or early twenties, of average build with distinctive, short, blonde hair.
