Police Scotland can now confirm following a suspicious death in Balbeggie yesterday, the man has been now been formally identified.
He is named as Alan Gardner (49) of Balbeggie.
Officers were called to an address in the Croft Park area at around midday on Thursday 23 April 2015.
Further to an earlier appeal to trace a blue Toyota Rav, in connection with a suspicious death in Balbeggie, Perthshire. Police Scotland can confirm that the vehicle has now been traced.
