Scottish Fire & Rescue Service battle to control shop blaze

A cigarette shop is on fire in Perth, emergency services were on scene within five minutes. 

Two appliances from Scottish Fire & Rescue Service were called to a shop fire at around 8.10pm this evening, 2nd of July, 2015, at County Pl.

Police Scotland have closed the road off to the public and vehicles.

Pegasus takeaway have been told to evacuate the building as fears the fire could spread. The shop is known to sell electronic cigarettes, oils and batteries.

Police Scotland can confirm that about 1640 hours on Wednesday 04 March 2015 Officers attended at Market Park, King Street, Crieff following a report from a member of the public that an unexploded shell had been unearthed at that location.
