One of Perth’s popular nightlife venues have closed permanently it has emerged.
Zoo Nightclub announced its closure with a party to remember on the 15th of August 2015 but many fans remain confused over the decision.
The nightclub’s official Facebook Page posted several images confirming the closure.
Perthshire Glazing Co Ltd were allegedly planning to demolish the building to develop new accommodation which is backed by Fairfield Housing Co-operative according to the Perthshire Advertiser.
Derek Petterson a business owner said: “Zoo is closing as it’s going to make way for 32 affordable flats housing 80 people.”
