Police Scotland appealing for information after thieves target ATM at Argyll Road

Police Scotland is appealing for information following the theft of money from an ATM at the Co-op in Argyll Road, Perth.

Police Scotland is appealing for information following the theft of money from an ATM at the Co-op in Argyll Road, Perth.

The ATM was targeted at around 3am this morning (Tuesday 5 January) where thieves made off with a a quantity of cash.

A spokeswoman from Police Scotland said:

“Officers are carrying out house to house enquiries and a review of CCTV is underway.

Tayside Division would appeal to any members of the public who were in the area at the time and saw any suspicious activity to contact Police Scotland on 101.”
