Police Scotland have launched a probe after a man was found dead in a Perth flat on Saturday.

Police Scotland have launched a probe after a man was found dead in a Perth flat on Saturday.

Emergency services arrived at Culliven Court at around 8:40pm on New Year’s Day, police have confirmed they are treating the death as unexplained and are working to establish the full circumstances surrounding the death.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said:”Around 8.40pm on Saturday, 1 January, 2022, police received a report a man’s body had been found within a flat in Culliven Court, Perth.

“The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
