Three men have been arrested and charged after police recovered cannabis worth approximately £211,000 in Perthshire.
The discovery was made at a premises in the Balgowan area at around 11:30am on Tuesday, 4 March 2025.
Two of the men, aged 25 and 41, appeared before Perth Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 5 March. The third suspect, also aged 41, is expected to appear in court on Friday, 7 March.
Detective Inspector Simon Murray, from Perth CID, expressed gratitude to the public for their assistance in the investigation.
He said: “I’d like to thank the public for their assistance with our enquiries into this matter.
“Drug misuse brings nothing but misery to our communities, and I want to reassure the people of Perthshire and the wider Tayside area that we will continue to use every tool and tactic at our disposal to remove these illegal substances from the community.
