A Perth Street preacher is not to face any legal proceedings it has emerged.

A Perth Street preacher is not to face any legal proceedings it has emerged.

An Australian preacher is not to stand trial over any charges — since his arrest last year for the breach of the peace.  On Saturday 21st of September 2013, Josh Williamson was arrested for breach of the peace on the High St.

It also has emerged a US street preacher Tony Miano was arrested in Dundee for breach of the peace last week. Preacher Williamson also announced he will be moving back to Australia next week.
