Perth and Kinross Council are making changes to cut costs and rental fees this month.
Other services moving from the Atrium to Pullar House are Waste Services, Trading Standards, Environmental Health, the Transport Unit and Roads Infrastructure.
The Perth Office Programme reduces the number of offices the Council uses in the city centre, allowing customers to access services more easily.
Modern methods of working, such as flexible work spaces in open plan offices, will enable more services to be based in Pullar House. All services will temporarily move out of 2 High Street into Blackfriars and The Atrium while essential maintenance is carried out.
By the end of 2016, the programme will be complete and the Council will vacate Blackfriars and The Atrium. This will reduce the number of leased properties, making savings from reduced rental and service costs.
Councillor John Kellas, Convenor of the Enterprise and Infrastructure Committee, said: “We want to make sure all customers who currently use services at the Atrium know to come to Pullar House after 10 October. As well as writing to regular customers, we are putting information online and will have posters up in the building.
“If you know someone who has a blue disabled parking badge, I’d ask you to check they know about the move, to help minimise any inconvenience to them.”
