Police Scotland, Tayside Division have confirmed that the tractor driver who died on Wednesday 20 January near Rait has been formally identified.
He has been named as 64 year old Alexander Strang of Tealing, near Dundee. Tragically, the 64 year old tractor driver was declared dead at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 or speak to any officer.
