Police Scotland have confirmed a 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the investigation into the death of Louise O’Brien.
The body of Louise O’Brien was discovered on Dunkeld Road on Thursday. The 41-year-old man will appear at Perth Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
