- Service Description:
We offer online advertising services to promote your products, services, or brand across various digital platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, search engines, and display networks. - Payment Terms:
a. Payment for our Services is due upon agreement of the advertising campaign.
b. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any campaign for non-payment.
c. All fees are non-refundable once the advertising campaign goes live, although management may use their discretion and offer account ad credit for future advertisement. - Campaign Cancellation:
a. Campaign cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to advertising@newsme.co.uk
b. If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours before the campaign goes live, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total fees paid minus any administration fee by our service providers Stripe and PayPal.
c. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the campaign has gone live by making a card payment, you are agreeing to this term and the full terms set out in this page. - Content Responsibility:
a. You are solely responsible for the content of the advertisements provided to us, unless you have opted for an addon package which is charged at an additional fee.
b. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of any laws or regulations. - Campaign Performance:
a. We do not guarantee the performance or results of any advertising campaign.
b. Performance metrics provided by us are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as platform algorithms and user behavior. - Intellectual Property:
a. You retain all rights to the content of the advertisements provided by you.
b. By using our Services, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, and display your advertisements for the purpose of fulfilling our Services. - Limitation of Liability:
a. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services.
b. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific campaign in question. - Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. - Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
