Power supplies have been restored to most homes in the north of Scotland following the storms which have swept the area, according to Scottish Hydro.
Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution has restored supplies to 73,000 customers, following hurricane winds of up to 113mph in places, which wreaked havoc across much of Scotland.
Around 97,000 customers have been left out power due to high strong winds and rain across the UK today.
