A final confirmation has been given for a new £3 million project which will be created in Perth.
An 83 bedroom hotel will be built in the centre of Perth which will create jobs building the project as well as managing the hotel. Premier Inn will be created on Mill Street which is located near the bus lane.
John Muir, founder and group chairman said “this latest development is a great addition to our portfolio, and we are delighted to be on site and already working on the project. We believe it will benefit from its great location in one of Scotland’s great cities, with strong potential to benefit from tourists as well as retail traffic”
