Detectives in Perth are making enquiries into an alleged sexual assault on a 16 year old girl in Perth in the early hours of this morning.

The girl was walking on the footpath on the east side of Dunkeld Road, near the Motor Mile, when shortly after midnight she was approached by a man who sexually assaulted her.
The area has been cordoned off whilst officers carry out enquiries at the scene.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen the girl walking in the area. She’s described as being about 5ft 5 in height, of slim build, with shoulder length plum coloured hair and was wearing white trainers, black sheen trousers and a green parka style jacket.
Specialist officers are currently speaking to the 16 year old victim in a bid to establish further information.
