A troubled youth had a stinking telling off by the court after he battered a 14-year-old.
Jordan Mitchell, 20, fromĀ Lark Avenue, assaulted a 14-year-old with his elbow the court heard. Quotes obtained from another source suggested Jordan Mitchell said “Do you know who I am? I’m Jordan Mitchell” and then elbowed the young boy.
Social Workers have worked with Ā Jordan to help him gain work experience or Ā into employment the court heard.
Sheriff Foulis decided that Jordan needed a one last chance to change his ways by avoiding imprisonment.
Mitchell admitted the assault onĀ Dunkeld Road, January 18.
