A troubled youth had a stinking telling off by the court after he battered a 14-year-old.

Jordan Mitchell, 20, from Lark Avenue, assaulted a 14-year-old with his elbow the court heard. Quotes obtained from another source suggested Jordan Mitchell said “Do you know who I am? I’m Jordan Mitchell” and then elbowed the young boy.

Social Workers have worked with  Jordan to help him gain work experience or  into employment the court heard.

Sheriff Foulis decided that Jordan needed a one last chance to change his ways by avoiding imprisonment.

Mitchell admitted the assault on Dunkeld Road, January 18.
