A Perth man has been placed on the sex offenders register after sending an indecent photo to a nine-year-old.
Sean Malcolm from Brahan Terrace, admitted sending an indecent photo to a nine-year-old girl the court heard. The girl claimed to be 15 years old to Sean Malcolm which they had conversations via Facebook. Malcolm also claimed to be 15 years of age to the girl over Facebook.
During conversations Mr Malcolm sent a picture of his private parts where the girls parents had seen the image which led a police investigation.
Sheriff Fiona Tait deferred sentence on Sean Malcolm, and placed him on the sex offenders register list and reports on his background to be prepared.
