Investigation launched following robbery in Perth

Around 1650 hours, Friday 11 July 2014, a male entered Farmfoods, South Street, Perth in possession of a knife and threatened staff before leaving with a three figure quantity of cash.

Around 1650 hours, Friday 11 July 2014, a male entered  Farmfoods, South Street, Perth in possession of a knife and threatened staff before leaving with a three figure quantity of cash.

The male is described as of being Asian or North African ethnicity, about 5’10 tall, very short dark hair, stubble on and having stubble on his face. He had a distinctive gold tooth to the upper front left of his mouth and was wearing a cream coloured t-shirt with a metallic style pattern under a black leather style waist length jacket.

There were several customers within the store at the time of the incident and Police Scotland officers inPerth are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the male in Farmfoods or leaving the area.
