Man attacked and robbed in Perth

Police Scotland, Tayside is appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Perth’s County Place on Wednesday 16 July.

Police Scotland, Tayside is appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Perth’s County Place on Wednesday 16 July.

The man was in a common close at around 7.45pm when he was approached by three men and assaulted. His mobile phone and money was stolen. The man suffered serious facial injuries and he was taken to Perth Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Anyone with any information that may be useful should contact Police Scotland, Tayside Division on 101, or any police officer. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously via the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
